1.How much is the Zettlab AI NAS?

We offer four perks: the Super Early Bird price is $399 for the D4, $499 for the D6, $999 for the D6 Ultra, and $1099 for the D8 Ultra. However, deposit users will receive an additional discount of $30, $50 or $100, depending on the perk they choose to purchase.

2.Why should I place a deposit before the campaign goes live？

By placing a deposit, you can secure the Zettlab AI NAS at an exclusive price lower than the Super Early Bird offer. Choose the D4 or D6 models to enjoy an additional $30 or $50 off compared to the Super Early Bird price. For the D6 Ultra or D8 Ultra models, you'll receive an extra $100 discount. Plus, as a VIP member, you'll be among the first to receive the Zettlab AI NAS!

3.How does the deposit work?

Once our Kickstarter campaign ends, your $20 deposit will be refunded to your PayPal account. Depending on the perk you choose, you'll receive an additional discount of $30, $50, or $100. This discount will be processed as a partial refund through Kickstarter after the campaign concludes, within 14 working days

4.If I’ve already purchased the deposit but experienced a change of heart, how can l refund the deposit?

If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you can request a refund for your deposit anytime you want. Simply email support@zettlab.com from the email address you used to reserve the discount and we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. Please note that you will be subject to transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

5.Why should l use the same email address to place the deposit and order on Kickstarter?

To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match the Kickstarter email address to our pre-order list to verify if the Kickstarter backer has placed a deposit. Please ensure that the email address you use to place the deposit order matches your Kickstarter account's email address.

6.How many deposit orders can I make?

Each deposit is valid for one Zettlab AI NAS, and each customer can buy up to two deposits. For more than two machines, please contact us at support@zettlab.com.

7.Will the Zettlab AI NAS be shipped worldwide?

Yes, the Zettlab AI NAS will be sold globally.

8.What is the shipping time?

Estimated shipping will start in July 2025. Please note that the exact delivery time may vary based on your delivery address, country, and the model you choose.

9.Can the deposit apply to any perk?

Yes, we offer four perk options, each priced according to their specifications and features to meet different needs. No matter which perk you select, you'll get your $20 deposit refunded and receive an additional $30, $50 or $100 discount, which will be credited to your Kickstarter account after the campaign concludes.
